What exactly is staging and why is it important in today's market?  Staging, along with great photography, is an integral part of my marketing package and gives your house an advantage over the competition. When you decide to list your property with me, I'll assess your home's strengths and weaknesses, provide recommendations on clearing and de-cluttering, and then develop a staging plan.  I will utilize your furniture and decor, supplementing with my own supplies, to depersonalize your home.  This enables prospective buyers to see your home's full potential and to envision themselves living there.  My expertise in "setting the stage" gets your home sold quickly and at the highest price.

Occasionally, particularly with vacant properties, I will recommend bringing in an additional staging professional with access to additional furniture and decor.
